VIRUS PURIFICATION

Development of native elution immunoaffinity chromatography for the purification of vesicular stomatitis virus

We are developing advanced vesicular stomatitis virus purification processes based on our own innovative technology, protected by European and American patents (patent: link). The technology is based on immunoaffinity chromatographic purification, which uses antibodies specific for the virus to “capture”, and then elute the virus under physiological conditions, the so-called native elution. This process enables high yields of intact and active virus particles in the processes of concentration and purification of virus preparations. link).
